i agree with this because you cant set a goal and not know what you want out of it like in football you want to go to the goal post so you can score out of thats the point so you need to do the same in what you want. also you want to start with little goal thats how you'll eventually get to the main goal you want another example is when you say this to yourself i want to save up to 1,000 dollars you also need to want to set another goal like i want to make 200 dollars a week so then eventually that 1,000 will come
